Overview

City and Guild Fashion Design Diplomas are widely recognized as the equivalent to the first year of a three-year bachelor’s degree. Miba students can proceed to complete Level 3 and then do their “top-up” with their City and Guild qualifications by progressing directly to the third-year degree (top-up degree) offered by the Lincoln University College, Malaysia

Course Objectives

City and Guild Fashion Design Diplomas are widely recognized as the equivalent to the first year of a three-year bachelor’s degree. Miba students can proceed to complete Level 3 and then do their “top-up” with their City and Guild qualifications by progressing directly to the third-year degree (top-up degree) offered by the Lincoln University College, Malaysia. They can also continue on to complete a Master’s degree in 12-15 months. This is a unique opportunity for Miba students to earn world-class qualifications in the shortest span of time, without travelling overseas for high quality education.

Fashion designer, retail buyer, retail manager, retail merchandiser, stylist, textile designer, visual merchandiser, pattern cutting, garment manufacturing/alterations, costume design for theatre and film and other career in in fashion related work.
